A foundational theory session open to all stylists. We’ll walk through product and ingredient knowledge, industry myths, and the Wash & Style breakdown for all textures and curl patterns. This class is a great intro to the technique—and a required prerequisite for Day 2.

Cancellation Policy
Booking Confirmation Policy for Contextual Salon Education™ Classes Thank you for securing your spot in our upcoming class! Please review the following important details regarding your booking: Your Spot is Confirmed Your payment has been received in full, and your seat in the class is officially reserved. Classes are capped at 10 participants to ensure a personalized, hands-on experience. Cancellation and Refund Policy Cancellations made 14 days or more before the class date are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future class. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the class date are not eligible for a refund, but you may receive credit toward a future class (based on availability). In cases of emergency or illness, participants may cancel within 24 hours of the class and receive credit toward a future class. Attendance Details Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in and set up. Classes begin promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may not be accommodated, as these are immersive, hands-on classes. Rescheduling Policy In the rare event that a class must be rescheduled, you will be notified at least 7 days in advance. You will have the option of transferring to the rescheduled class or receiving a full refund. Waitlist Opportunities If you're unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible so we can offer your spot to someone on the waitlist. Non-Transferable Bookings Your booking is personal to you and cannot be transferred to another individual.
